Actually, in this context I bet that would be a really good noodle! You know, the kind that comes from a tiny window where you try not to think about health codes because the food is so good! (;
I think I would worry about the diner's ability to abide by the health department's regulations for eating establishments.Not that officialese doesn't have its own frield noddles.
